We buy open box, overstock and scratch and dent appliances by the truckload and sell them for well under retail. Same brands, same working condition, lower price — usually because of a dent, a scuff or a returned delivery.
Manufacturer overstock, retailer returns, discontinued models and units with cosmetic damage from shipping. New loads arrive weekly and are split across our eight stores.
Scratch and dent means cosmetic marks only. Open box means returned but unused. Every unit is checked before it hits the floor, and the tag tells you exactly what you are buying.
The tag price is the price. Bigger cosmetic damage means a bigger discount, and the mark is usually on a side or back panel you will not see once the unit is installed.
Come in, look at the exact unit, check the finish and ask us to plug it in. What is tagged is what you take home.
Pay at the counter and load it the same day. Bring straps and a helper for anything large, or ask about delivery.
We deliver across the DMV. Delivery is quoted by distance from the store holding your unit.
